2. Acceptance of Terms
Your continued use of Motor Complex constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Motor Complex.
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Motor Complex reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

fraudulent activity has occurred;

multiple accounts are being used to circumvent restrictions.
5. Nature of the Platform
Motor Complex is an online automotive marketplace.
Motor Complex does not ordinarily buy, sell, own, import, export, finance, lease, insure, inspect, broker, or physically possess vehicles, number plates, automotive products, or services advertised on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Motor Complex merely provides technology that enables users to communicate and transact with one another.
Accordingly:
Motor Complex is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
Motor Complex does not act as an agent for either party unless expressly agreed in writing.
Motor Complex does not guarantee that any transaction will be completed.
Motor Complex does not guarantee the honesty, financial standing, identity, or conduct of any user.
All transactions occur solely between users.
6. Marketplace Disclaimer
Motor Complex makes reasonable efforts to provide a secure marketplace.
However, we do not guarantee:
the accuracy of listings;
ownership of advertised vehicles;
vehicle condition;
mileage;
service history;
accident history;
registration status;
import history;
availability;
pricing;
warranties;
authenticity of documentation;
seller identity;
buyer identity.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
Motor Complex strongly recommends that buyers independently verify:
vehicle ownership;
registration records;
VIN/chassis number;
outstanding finance;
accident history;
service history;
mechanical condition;
roadworthiness;
warranties;
recalls.
Failure to carry out independent verification is entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Listings
Users are solely responsible for every listing they publish.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
you own or have permission to publish all content;
the information is accurate;
the listing does not infringe any intellectual property rights;
the listing complies with all applicable UAE laws;
the listing is not misleading or fraudulent.
Motor Complex reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, to:
refuse publication;
edit formatting;
remove listings;
reject images;
suspend advertisements;
remove expired listings;
investigate suspicious content.
Motor Complex is under no obligation to explain the reason for removal of any listing.
8. Dealer Accounts
Dealer accounts may receive additional services including inventory management, premium advertising, business profiles, analytics, promotional opportunities, and other commercial services.
Approval of a dealer account is entirely at Motor Complex's discretion.
Motor Complex reserves the right to verify dealership licences, ownership, and business documentation at any time.
Dealers remain solely responsible for:
pricing;
vehicle descriptions;
warranties;
financing information;
customer communications;
legal compliance;
tax obligations;
licensing requirements;
ownership of inventory.
Motor Complex assumes no liability for any dealer's conduct or representations.
9. Future Services
Motor Complex may introduce additional services including, but not limited to:
vehicle finance;
insurance quotations;
vehicle inspections;
trade-in services;
auctions;
subscriptions;
memberships;
vehicle history reports;
maintenance bookings;
roadside assistance;
AI-powered recommendations;
valuation tools;
advertising products;
automotive news and editorial content.
The introduction of additional services shall not create any obligation or liability beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.
Additional service-specific terms may apply and shall form part of these Terms upon publication.
10. Reservation of Rights
Motor Complex reserves all rights not expressly granted to users.
Nothing contained within these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property, software, databases, trademarks, branding, content, source code, business methods, or proprietary technology belonging to Motor Complex.

Motor Complex may provide access to vehicle finance information, finance calculators, finance application forms, finance eligibility tools, financing partners, or other related services ("Finance Services").
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Motor Complex is not:
a bank;
a financial institution;
a lender;
a credit provider;
a finance broker;
a loan guarantor;
a payment institution; or
a financial advisor.
Motor Complex merely facilitates communication between users and independent third-party finance providers.
No Guarantee of Finance Approval
Submitting a finance enquiry or application through Motor Complex does not guarantee:
finance approval;
loan eligibility;
interest rates;
repayment amounts;
processing times;
financing limits;
vehicle eligibility;
down payment requirements.
Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant finance provider based on its own internal policies and applicable regulations.
Motor Complex has absolutely no control over these decisions.
Finance Calculators
Any finance calculator, EMI calculator, affordability calculator, repayment estimate, or similar tool provided on the Platform is for illustrative purposes only.
All figures displayed are estimates.
Actual repayments, interest rates, commissions, insurance costs, processing fees, taxes, and other charges may differ significantly.
Users should obtain written quotations directly from the finance provider before making any purchasing decision.
Motor Complex shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from reliance on estimated calculations.
Third-Party Finance Providers
Motor Complex does not guarantee:

loan approval;

Where reasonably practicable, pricing updates affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment gateways.
Motor Complex does not store complete credit or debit card details unless expressly stated.
Motor Complex shall not be responsible for:
payment gateway failures;
declined transactions;
bank processing delays;
currency conversion fees;
foreign exchange differences;
banking charges;
payment processor errors;
chargeback decisions.
Users are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to use the payment method selected.
Refund Policy

Motor Complex reserves the right to reject, suspend, edit, relocate, or remove any advertisement at any time.
Motor Complex does not guarantee:
impressions;
clicks;
enquiries;
leads;
sales;
conversions;
return on investment;
advertising performance.
Advertising results depend upon numerous factors beyond Motor Complex's control.
14. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
However, by uploading content to Motor Complex, you grant Motor Complex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable licence to:
host;
store;
reproduce;
publish;
distribute;
display;
modify;
resize;
translate;
promote;
archive;
use
such content for operating, promoting, improving, and marketing the Platform.
You warrant that:
you own all uploaded content or possess sufficient rights to publish it;
publication does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other rights;
your content complies with all applicable laws.
You remain solely responsible for your content.
15. Vehicle Information Disclaimer
Motor Complex does not independently verify vehicle information published by users.
Accordingly, Motor Complex makes no representation or warranty regarding:
mileage;
accident history;
ownership;
title status;
registration;
VIN accuracy;
service records;
warranty status;
vehicle condition;
engine condition;
gearbox condition;
structural repairs;
modifications;
emissions compliance;
roadworthiness;
authenticity of documents.
Buyers are solely responsible for conducting independent inspections and obtaining professional advice before completing any purchase.
16. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain the exclusive property of Motor Complex or its licensors.

trademarks;
logos;
branding;
graphics;

Users may not:

conduct phishing attacks;

scrape listings;
interfere with the Platform's operation;
gain unauthorized access to servers or databases;
use automated posting software;
create fake accounts;
circumvent account suspensions;
manipulate reviews or ratings;
engage in money laundering or terrorist financing;
advertise illegal goods or services;
violate sanctions or export control laws;
engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of Motor Complex.
Motor Complex may immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in any prohibited activity without prior notice.
22. Vehicle Listing Rules
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that every listing is accurate and lawful.
Listings must not contain:
false mileage;
fake accident histories;
misleading photographs;
misleading prices;
misleading financing offers;
hidden mandatory charges;
fake ownership claims;
forged documentation.
Motor Complex reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.
Failure to provide requested information may result in immediate removal of listings.
23. Number Plate Listings
Motor Complex may permit users to advertise vehicle registration numbers ("Number Plates").
Motor Complex does not verify:
ownership;
transferability;
legal availability;
valuation;
government approval.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws governing number plate ownership and transfer.
Motor Complex does not guarantee that any advertised number plate can legally be transferred.
24. Automotive Products and Services
Where automotive products or services are advertised on the Platform, including but not limited to:
accessories;
spare parts;
tyres;
detailing;
servicing;
workshops;
rentals;
inspections;
transport;
